You will own client relationships locally, meet service and quality benchmarks, and ensure continuous improvement through Lean principles and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 5–7 years in warehouse/distribution with 3+ years managerial experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a client-based profit center with accountability for team performance.

• Manage budgets, labor costs, and client relationships to meet goals.
