Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of warehouse, distribution, and/or supply chain operations with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local operation as a people-focused General Manager, developing a high-performing team.
• Balance labor efficiency, cost management, and process execution to ensure profitability.
• Maintain client relationships and meet service, quality, and financial benchmarks.
• Oversee budgets, operating costs, and vendor performance across the operation.
