Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager in the United States to support the General Manager by supervising a client-based operation and maximizing labor efficiency.

You will drive Lean practices, oversee dispatching and routing, and lead a team of Extra Milers while ensuring safety and compliance across the site. This role centers on sustaining strong client relationships and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, distribution, and/or supply chain operations preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Exposure to Lean principles, systems, and tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to commute and attend client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the General Manager in meeting and exceeding client service goals.
• Oversee operations and ensure objectives are met; act as Location’s point of contact when GM is absent.
• Ensure Lean warehouse principles are implemented and maintained.
• Plan and schedule third‑party transportation services; dispatch, routing, and tracking.
• Manage a team of direct reports, including coaching, discipline, and performance.
• Represent the Company by maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring contractual relationships.
