Riverstone Logistics seeks a General Manager to lead a client-based profit center, accountable for team performance, operations, and financial outcomes. The role emphasizes people leadership, culture, and engagement, balancing labor efficiency with profitability.

The GM will own client relationships at the local level, achieve service, quality, and financial benchmarks, and drive continuous improvement across labor, cost, and processes to ensure long-term growth and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of warehouse, distribution, and/or supply chain operations with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a client-based profit center with accountability for team performance, operations, and financial results.
• Coach leaders and maintain culture, engagement, and accountability within the operation.
• Ensure delivery of client service goals, cost management, and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, and vendor/partner relationships.
• Develop, monitor, and report operating costs and performance metrics.
• Ensure Lean warehouse principles and compliant operations.
