Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in Centerville, MN to lead a team of salaried and hourly staff across the three major workflow components: First mile, Middle mile, and Last mile. You will drive safety, quality, and customer delivery performance, using data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours on shift.
• Work in variable temperatures and weather conditions.
