Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent across multiple workflow stages. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer delivery while pushing continuous improvements through data-driven decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or 2+ years of Amazon experience) and flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays, with a potential for sign-on and RSU-based compensation in a large-scale

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.

• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet business objectives.
