Amazon.com Services LLC in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a mixed team of salaried and hourly staff. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer deliveries through data-driven decisions and strong leadership.

You will mentor teammates, manage large-scale projects, balance workloads, and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet business goals.

Qualifications

3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Experience with performance metrics and process improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and workload balancing.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
