Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of salaried and hourly staff and drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will guide data-driven improvements to deliver orders on time and to the right location.

Responsibilities include mentoring teams, managing large projects, and coordinating with Safety, Engineering, and HR to meet objectives while operating under variable shifts and physical demands such as lifting up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
