Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of salaried and hourly staff within our WW Operations network. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while enabling data-driven improvements and ensuring on-time deliveries.

You will oversee workflows across first mile, middle mile, and last mile, mentor staff, and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR to meet business objectives. Physical work is part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in noisy environments with variable temperatures and weather.
• Continuously climb and descend stairs where applicable.
