Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly staff across our MD fulfillment network. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance while delivering on-time customer orders.

Responsibilities include mentoring a large workforce, executing productivity plans, and partnering with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, and HR to meet business objectives. Must be able to lift 49 lbs and work in variable environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
