SP+, a Metropolis company, is seeking a capable operations leader in White Plains, NY to manage client relationships and drive profitability. You will hire and train a diverse team, oversee cash control, budgeting, and procurement, and ensure OSHA compliance while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications include strong leadership, customer focus, and budgeting experience; a valid driver’s license is required. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience leading a diverse team and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience with budgeting and P&L reviews is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and communicating proactively about improvements.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse team to ensure superior customer experience.
• Ensure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development and managing the operation's budget.
• Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.
• Perform general accounting duties including accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash.
• Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness and safety.
• Review and mitigate damage claims; improve safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA policies and procedures.
