Job summary

Temco Logistics in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day transportation activity, support drivers, and coordinate office teams and customers. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure service excellence, safety compliance, and an engaging employee experience.

You’ll lead staffing, route planning, performance reviews, and process improvements while ensuring DOT regulations are followed.

• Lead staffing and performance reviews, collaborating with HR on engagement.
• Maintain compliant payroll processes and documentation workflows.
• Oversee inventory and facility needs, coordinating supplies and staging.
