Temco Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day logistics, driver coordination, and customer service efficiency. The role partners with the GM and leadership to ensure compliant, timely operations and a positive employee experience.

You will oversee routing, payroll checks, and reporting while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across teams.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Operations: monitor routes, support driver teams and customer service, ensure accurate manifests and compliant dispatch.
• People Leadership: train and appraise drivers, manage schedules and foster engagement.
• Process & Compliance: review payroll, ensure check-in procedures alignment, resolve claims.
• Inventory & Facility Support: order supplies and oversee inbound/outbound staging for dispatch.
