Job summary

Temco Logistics LLC is seeking a Driver Manager to optimize daily delivery routes and oversee drivers and technicians. You will ensure efficient scheduling, safety compliance, and high service standards across multiple terminals.

A strong leadership background in logistics and hands-on coaching are essential. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of mentoring staff, managing operational tasks, and maintaining strong customer relations while adhering to regulatory

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in Operations, Logistics Management, or Transportation.
Strong understanding of the home appliance industry, including installation and servicing.
Ability to work a flexible 6-day schedule as needed.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Leadership and development experience in managing a team.
Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Route and schedule management for daily deliveries and verify route documentation.
Provide operational support and prepare reports under GM guidance.
Coach technicians to achieve peak performance and service goals.
Lead recruitment activities and foster a customer-service culture.
Supervise technicians and provide constructive feedback.
Promote dock safety and ensure DOT/OSHA compliance.
Assist in handling customer escalations and maintain satisfaction.
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and fuel needs.
Oversee loading quality and safe freight handling.
Track performance metrics and implement improvements.
Ensure uniform compliance and company policies.
