You will mentor staff and coordinate with multiple support teams to achieve business objectives. The position includes in-role training of 6+ weeks at an off-site location 50+ miles from the home site, with travel arrangements paid by Amazon.

• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical duties during long shifts.
• Work in variable environments and weather, including outside loading and refrigerated locations.
• Adhere to flexible schedules including weekends and overnight shifts.
