Job summary

Target is offering a paid Operations Internship in our Supply Chain facilities. This internship is a full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop operations leadership competencies over a defined period.

You will work closely with a mentor and senior managers to learn how to lead and motivate a team while driving productivity and safety. You will gain exposure to daily operations, problem solving, and performance feedback as you prepare for future leadership opportunities within

Responsibilities

• Spending time on the facilities floor helping to lead amongst team members and aligning the team in daily business priorities.
• Working alongside team members to lead through daily priorities
• Maintaining a high standard of quality/inventory accuracy through standardization of processes
• Tracking KPI's such as safety, teamwork, quality and productivity to identify gaps
• Leading daily meetings for the operational team and planning shift goals
• Provide summary of results around plan attainment and learnings to apply later
