Job summary

Target Supply Chain Operations Internship is a paid 40 hr./week program to develop and prepare for operations leadership. As an Operations Intern, you’ll gain a realistic view of life as an Operations Manager and help lead daily workflows with managers and team members to drive safe, efficient, and accurate product flow.

You’ll be mentored throughout the internship, receive extensive training, and have the chance to rotate through areas such as Inbound, Outbound, and Warehousing, building

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in school or extracurricular activities.
• Interest in retail supply chain facilities.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Spending time on the facilities floor helping to lead amongst team members and aligning the team in daily business priorities.
• Working alongside team members to lead through daily priorities.
• Maintaining a high standard of quality/inventory accuracy through standardization of processes while ensuring employee accountability.
