Job summary

Target is offering a paid Operations Intern program in its supply chain facility. The paid, 40 hr/week internship focuses on developing leadership by guiding a team, coordinating daily priorities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will work with mentors and other managers to learn how to excel in a leadership role within operations. You will gain real-world experience across inbound/outbound and warehousing functions, partnering with leaders to set goals and develop business

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or project in school or extracurricular activities.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Interest in retail and supply chain facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations on the facilities floor to align with priorities.
• Track KPI s (safety, teamwork, quality, productivity) and drive actions.
• Coach team members and foster an inclusive, safety‑mocussed culture.
