Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership in industrial, manufacturing, metals, steel, scrap, recycling, building materials, construction materials, pipe, heavy equipment, or related environment.
• Experience managing warehouse, yard, distribution, logistics, or production operations.
• Strong leadership with the ability to develop and manage teams.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, productivity metrics, and operational reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant industry experience.
