Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing and production operations within a growing industrial environment. You will drive safety, quality, efficiency, and KPIs while scaling operations for future growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
Hands-on machining and/or production-floor experience.
Experience managing budgets, costs, and margins.
Strong team leadership and accountability experience.
Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
ERP and production scheduling systems experience.
Strong Excel skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing and production operations.
Drive safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and operational KPIs.
Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage and develop production teams while driving performance and accountability.
Oversee production scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization.
Manage operating budgets and understand costs, margins, and financial performance.
Translate operational results into measurable business and financial impact.
Partner with leadership to improve processes, systems, and operational infrastructure.
Support implementation of new equipment, technology, and manufacturing capabilities.
