Job summary

Radians in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics functions. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with 10+ years in ops, proficiency with WMS/ERP, and a track record of safety and cost optimization.

You will build high-performing teams, drive continuous improvement, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in warehouse and manufacturing ops management, with leadership experience.
• Proficient in WMS and ERP integrations.
• Strong inventory control knowledge and best practices.
• Proven people management and team-building track record.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Screen printing knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, manufacturing & logistics operations.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, maintenance and shipping.
• Oversee logistics, carrier relationships and transportation planning.
• Develop inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies.
• Forecast demand with procurement and sales teams.
• Implement cycle counting and audits.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff.
• Set performance goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Foster safety culture; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Analyze metrics and lead cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports to senior leadership.
