Qualifications

• Five years of managing and supervising in an industrial distribution environment.
• Experience leading and developing individuals and teams.
• Strong bottom-line business management and decision-making experience.
• Working knowledge of computers and business software; P21 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and direct a safe, efficient distribution/fabrication operation to achieve company goals.
• Coordinate Inside Sales with pricing to maximize gross margin and sales.
• Ensure accurate, timely shipping, receiving, and processing of material.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage layout; optimize inventory planning.
• Manage Inside Sales, production/fabrication, and distribution teams; oversee payroll.
