Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution settings.
• Familiar with raw materials such as steel, aluminum, lumber, plastics, or similar products.
• Experience managing warehouse functions including receiving, inventory, and shipping.
• Ability to oversee distribution and ensure on-time delivery commitments.
• Understanding of cost, waste, and margin management and production prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse, distribution, and light production operations on-site.
• Lead employees in a hands-on environment to meet production and delivery goals.
• Monitor material flow, inventory, and production schedules to optimize throughput.
• Manage costs and scrap, and apply remaining material to future orders when possible.
