Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardize processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication among leadership and staff for alignment and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
