DHL Supply Chain, a global leader in contract logistics, is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse warehouse team, implement efficient workflows, and drive operational excellence across our facilities.

You will partner with HR and site leadership on hiring, uphold health and safety standards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely customer orders and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years supervision/management experience.
• P&L management and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes and best practices.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a safety culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring of Supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Address customer concerns to achieve high satisfaction.
