DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead and develop a diverse team across our California facilities, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and strong customer fulfillment. You will implement streamlined workflows, manage labor plans, and uphold safety standards while driving continuous improvement and KPI reporting.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, talent development, and a focus on delivering high service levels in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and support.
• Develop and implement workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and improve productivity and efficiency.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy to support decision-making.
• Promote open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure effective hiring of Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
