Aramark is seeking an Operations Manager to supervise entry-level staff and optimize daily dining and hospitality operations across multiple spaces. You will oversee payroll, staffing plans, training, and resource allocation to meet client expectations.

You will lead quality initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage document control while maintaining strong customer service and effective stakeholder communication across sites.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations management.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
