Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, oversee delivery, warehouse, and clinical staff, and drive efficiency across sites. You will manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with CMS, DOT, FDA, OSHA standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize patient care.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management of multi-site operations in a home medical equipment environment.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in HME leadership.
• Relevant healthcare/insurance experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site leader and appoint designee during absences.
• Oversee daily branch operations: Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics, and Respiratory staff.
• Manage branch budget and control costs to achieve profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (CMS, Department of Health, DOT, FDA, OSHA).
• Oversee fleet management and routing to meet productivity and cost targets.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, Clinical, and other departments to resolve issues.
