Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to oversee branch operations, lead the logistics team, and ensure timely delivery of medical equipment and services to patients at home.

The role requires a strong background in healthcare operations, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration with health systems and referral sources. You will drive process improvements, maintain compliance, and mentor staff to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• Five+ years of leadership experience in healthcare logistics or operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory, procurement, and branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and ensure timely distribution of medical equipment and services.
• Manage logistics team with daily direction and performance accountability.
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing, and vendor coordination across the branch.
• Collaborate with leadership, health systems, and referral sources to improve patient services.
