Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7 years' experience in logistics/distribution environments.
• 5 years' supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of WMS systems.
• English language proficiency for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day site operations including warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
• Plan inbound/outbound volume and space utilization to meet goals.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage labor and performance.
• Ensure safety, quality and compliance with SOPs.
• Communicate with clients and senior management on KPIs and issues.
• Support budgeting, cost controls, and continuous improvement.
