Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication daily.
• Plan labor scheduling, space utilization and equipment; manage daily work assignments.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues and resolve problems.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives; meet KPI targets for client and site.
• Develop procedures for safe, efficient operations; implement cost-saving measures.
