Job summary

Rentokil is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of specialists, driving client satisfaction and revenue growth. You will supervise daily activities, coach staff, and coordinate with sales to optimize routes and service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in management with a focus on customer service, and strong communication skills; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service.
• Experience in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain licenses as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of specialists with the goal of providing superior customer service to our clients.
• Offer direction to staff in all aspects of operations, service, and client care.
• Responsible for managing basic financial performance of the operations, including revenue growth and expense control.
• Daily travel throughout territory visiting with clients, assisting specialists, and partnering with the sales team on business development.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekend work when needed.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, as required.
