Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in achieving operational excellence and upholding Cane’s standards and culture across all restaurant activities.

As the Operations Manager, you will lead shifts, manage cash and inventory, ensure safety and quality, and drive guest satisfaction while mentoring Crewmembers and maintaining Cane’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Flexible shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Uses tools and logs to support shift execution and corrective actions.
• Deploys crewmembers during a shift.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward programs for crew members.
• Authorizes manager-level actions (discounts/promotions/time clock overrides).
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant.
