Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers in Concord, NC is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in driving operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture across all restaurant operations.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and travel for training. We offer weekly pay, a monthly bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards.
• Deploys Crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the Restaurant and ensures equipment is in good working order.
