Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Concord, NH to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shifts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Utilize reward and recognition program for crewmembers.
• Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval.
• Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the facility.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
