Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Dallas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shift management responsibilities. The position involves leading a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring top customer service, and guiding crewmembers while managing cash and profitability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during a shift.
• Act as manager on duty and open/close the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Enforce policies and safety standards.
• Document results and take corrective action when needed.
