Job summary

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years in facilities are required, with experience developing teams and managing budgets. The role is in-office five days a week, with occasional after-hours work and travel to other Bloomberg Industry

Responsibilities

• Support facilities operations, including budget management, design input, vendor management, and delivery of strategic projects aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Implement departmental policies, contracts, and scheduling - while ensuring work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Responsible for updating facilities documentation and policies, financial tracking, accruals, assets life cycles, building inspections, maintenance, and space planning.
• Supervise safety drills, preventive maintenance plans, audits, and occupancy management.
• Provide operational support for company events, coordinating internal resources, vendor coordination, and risk assessments.
• Support new-hire onboarding, including access setup, orientation, workspace preparation, and guidance.

Special Requirements:

• This position requires (5) days in office, on-call availability for emergencies (24/7), occasional after-hours/weekend work.

Compensation Range:

Compensation Range: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
