Bloomberg Industry Group seeks a Facilities Operations Leader to maintain building operations, manage vendors, and support events and infrastructure projects.

This role combines oversight, safety compliance, and project coordination to keep spaces functional and secure for employees. You will handle budgets, documentation, space planning, onboarding support, and travel as needed, with five years of progressive facilities experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support facilities operations, including budget management, design input, vendor management, and delivery of strategic projects aligned with stakeholder expectations.
• Implement departmental policies, contracts, and scheduling while ensuring work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Responsible for updating facilities documentation and policies, financial tracking, accruals, assets life cycles, building inspections, maintenance, and space planning.
• Supervise safety drills, preventive maintenance plans, audits, and occupancy management.
• Provide operational support for company events, coordinating internal resources, vendor coordination, and risk assessments.
• Support new-hire onboarding, including access setup, orientation, workspace preparation, and guidance.

Bloomberg Industry Group is looking for someone to play a pivotal role in keeping our workplace running seamlessly, from maintaining building operations and managing vendors to supporting corporate events and critical infrastructure projects. What you will do :

Special Requirements :

This position requires (5) days in office, on-call availability for emergencies (24/7), occasional after-hours/weekend work.

Ability to travel (as needed) to provide facilities support to Bloomberg Industry Group locations.

Compensation Range:

$85,000.00-$110,000.00

Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
