The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years in operations leadership, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to drive efficiency and a safe, productive work environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related supervisory role.
