The ideal candidate has a strong background in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ERP/MES systems, with proven leadership of large teams and a track record of cost reduction and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing management.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience with budgets, P&L, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and MES.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage manufacturing operations, including planning, execution and quality control.
