About the Role

Our client seeks a strategic and results-driven Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead their production facility in Welkom . This senior role involves overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, from planning and resource allocation to execution and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for achieving production targets, managing budgets, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a complex manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to meet production goals and business objectives.
• Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs.

Requirements
