Canteen is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Associate Care Center (ACC) operations, serving drivers nationwide. You will oversee intake, prioritization, and resolution of driver requests, while coordinating with fleet, operations, and leadership to deliver effective solutions.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to build relationships across teams with strong communication and problem-solving skills. A background in food service or fleet operations is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory, team lead, or people management experience in operational environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to connect across all levels.
• Proven ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and drive improvements.
• Experience supporting drivers, fleet operations, or customer service teams.
• Knowledge of safety/compliance standards and best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching and development of team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Associate Care Center attendants with coaching and performance support.
• Serve as primary escalation point for driver-related concerns and requests.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, and resolution of driver requests for timely solutions.
• Coordinate with fleet, operations, maintenance, inventory, safety, and leadership teams.
• Assist drivers with vehicle concerns, inventory questions, and operational requests.
• Monitor service levels and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Develop and maintain reporting on departmental goals and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety, safety protocols, and practices.
• Analyze trends and root causes to implement corrective actions.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing needs.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Foster collaboration with accountability and continuous improvement.
