As an Operations Manager, you will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Associate Care Center (ACC), which serves as the primary point of contact for route drivers across the business. This role is responsible for overseeing the intake, prioritization, and resolution of driver requests while ensuring a high level of service, communication, and accountability. The Operations Manager will lead Associate Care Center attendant(s), coordinate cross‑functional support, and partner with operations, fleet, and leadership teams to deliver effective solutions for drivers.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced operational environment. They possess strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills and can build productive relationships across multiple teams. Experience supporting food service, fleet operations, logistics, transportation, customer support, or other operational environments is highly preferred. A commitment to compliance, operational excellence, and team development is essential.
