Compass Group USA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Associate Care Center (ACC) operations, serving as the main contact for route drivers and managing intake, prioritization, and resolution of driver requests. The role leads ACC attendants and collaborates with operations, fleet, and leadership teams to deliver effective solutions for drivers.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in food service, logistics, fleet operations, or related environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills across multiple teams and levels.
• Experience supporting drivers or fleet operations is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Associate Care Center attendants with coaching and training.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for driver-related concerns and requests.
• Oversee intake, tracking, prioritization, and timely resolution of driver requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional support with fleet, operations, maintenance, inventory, and safety teams.
• Assist drivers with vehicle-related concerns and equipment questions.
• Monitor service levels and drive improvements in driver support processes.
