Canteen, a part of Compass Group USA, seeks an Associate Care Center (ACC) Warehouse Manager to lead the day-shift warehouse operations and serve as the main contact for route drivers. You will drive safe, efficient operations, support drivers, and coordinate cross-department communication to ensure top service and accountability.

You will supervise staff, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance while promoting a safety-first culture and continuous improvement across warehouse and ACC

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or transportation leadership experience.
• Experience supervising warehouse teams and supporting route or delivery drivers.
• Knowledge of inventory control, fleet coordination, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with WMS, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-shift warehouse operations and coordinate route driver support.
• Oversee safety, training, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Manage staffing, workflow, and productivity; maintain audit-ready areas.
• Track inventory accuracy, conduct inventories, and maintain records.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
