Motorola Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager – POD Leader for Emergency Call Handling and CAD to drive daily workflow, prioritize lines, and synchronize multiple operations. You will remove bottlenecks, enforce process discipline, and ensure inventory accuracy while coordinating Warehouse Ops, Engineering, Purchasing, and Project Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain or logistics experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience managing procurement, warehouse management, and transportation systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations across procurement, warehouse management, and transportation systems.
• Develop and execute inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
• Establish SOPs to enhance operational consistency and regulatory compliance.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and 3PLs to ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor KPI metrics like OTIF, inventory turnover, cycle time, and freight cost per unit.
