Job summary

ATI is seeking an Operations Leader in Cudahy, WI to oversee dimensional/in-process inspection and internal material handling, ensuring forgings meet specifications while maintaining steady material flow.

You will supervise hourly staff, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate crane and equipment inspections, and drive continuous improvement across safety, productivity, and internal customer service. The role is onsite with regular plant-floor activity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a technical or related field.
• 3+ years of general supervisory experience, with knowledge of applicable labor contract provisions and accident prevention fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead dimensional and in-process inspection of forgings and support downstream decisions.
• Lead internal material handling and move forgings and material across the plant.
• Coach and develop hourly employees; uphold safety, quality, productivity, and attendance.
