Northeastern University in Boston seeks a Community Service & Civic Engagement Program & Administrative Operations Manager to guide CSCE's daily operations and scale program delivery. You will design logistics, budgeting, office systems, and staff onboarding to enable impactful student and partner engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, higher education, or a related field is required.
• 3-5 years of progressive office management or program operations experience in higher education or nonprofit settings.
• Ability to develop operational systems and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with budget tracking and financial record-keeping; grant-related experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational logistics for CSCE programs and events, including travel, reservations, catering, and procurement.
• Lead budget tracking and financial reporting in coordination with leadership.
• Maintain office systems and onboarding frameworks for staff and students.
• Recruit, hire, and supervise 2-3 student workers with performance feedback.
• Contribute to committees, meetings, trainings, and special events.
