Job summary

adm Indicia in New York (Hybrid) is seeking an Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across client programs and develop strategies that improve ways of working. You will translate performance data into actionable insights and deliver reporting that supports client and business objectives.

You will manage KPI data, lead cross-functional projects, and create detailed project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance data, reporting packs, and executive-level summaries.
• Experience at Manager level with leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Excellent client relationship, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence and enable efficiencies for client programs.
• Manage data collection for KPI’s and prepare reporting packs.
• Lead cross-functional projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and objectives.
• Support new Client onboarding and ensure compliance.
• Present executive summaries to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
