Job summary

Publicis Commerce in the United States seeks a Manager, Client Operations to drive efficient team performance and uphold top quality standards. Hybrid work is supported with commutable access to Detroit, Troy, Chicago or Cincinnati locations.

You will manage scope development, budgets, onboarding, training, and quarterly business reviews, while partnering with Operations and New Business leads to align resources, processes, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing or operations experience; agency or PM experience preferred.
• Interest in the operations discipline and proactive problem solving.
• Experience in Shopper Marketing is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operations Director support and account for scope development.
• Own staff allocation, budgeting reports, and 90% billable targets.
• Onboarding and training of new team members and clients.
• Develop and contribute to QBRs; coordinate weekly updates.
• Support RFI/RFP responses and resource allocation decisions.
• Coordinate VP team meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
• Implement new roles and processes to meet client needs.
